We would appreciate the opportunity of listing your property for rent. Our Listing Authorization Agreement packet includes the following items for you to review, complete (even if nothing has changed), and return to us (via fax or mail).

2012 Rental Listing Agreement
There are 6 pages in total. Please complete and sign Pages 2 through 6 and return to us. (If you are listing more than one property or rental unit, you will need to complete a separate Rental Listing Agreement for each unit.

Consumer Information Statement
Sign both copies. Keep one and send one.
